This project focused on developing a centralized management hub for real estate transactions to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance business success. The platform features a connected marketplace that creates opportunities by providing instant deal access, seamless partner connections, and convenient cross-sell options.

A synchronized workflow maximizes operational speed through task, document, partner, and communication synchronization, all within a seamless end-to-end pathway. The platform offers a coherent user experience, ensuring transparency and consistency across all transactions. Additionally, incorporating real-time data provides comprehensive market insights, enabling direct accountability, thorough business control, and accurate transaction data. These features empower agents, sellers, buyers, and service providers to optimize their real estate activities, driving productivity and business growth.

Challenges:

The initial challenge was defining the entire process from the ground up, as there were no existing frameworks or guidelines. This required us to gather and define user requirements, specifications, and the overall UX/UI design, leveraging tools like Figma and DevOps.

We needed to automate business processes that involved various professional profiles, each with distinct roles and responsibilities, that bring along different business cases and business logic to be implemented in the codebase.

It was crucial to create a single workflow that accommodated all parties involved in a property transaction (brokers, sellers, attorneys, inspectors, banks, etc.). The most significant challenge was ensuring that each profile type had predefined tasks in every agreement phase, driving the process forward through automation.

Another challenge was facilitating effective communication during specific deal phases. For instance, when multiple user types were involved in a particular phase, they could initiate a focused chat to address missing signatures, stamps, or new document submissions. This feature ensured smooth collaboration and progress at every stage of the transaction.

Technological Solutions

To address the challenges, we implemented a robust tech stack comprising .NET 8, C#, MsSQL, React, along with SignalR layer to support the chat and notification functionalities.

These technologies enabled quick development of the MVP that stands for a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing synchronized workflow, automating complex business processes across various professional profiles.

Tools like Figma and DevOps were utilized to define and refine the user requirements, specifications, and UX/UI design from scratch.

The platform also incorporated phase-specific communication features (chat) and real-time data capabilities, ensuring seamless collaboration, transparency, and operational efficiency throughout the property transaction process.
