Previously constrained by technical limitations, high infrastructure and maintenance costs, the legacy software required a significant overhaul. The goal was to transform it into a modern, multi-tenant SaaS product, enhancing functionality and efficiency while reducing maintenance demands.

Key Challenges

The new system needed to seamlessly integrate with over ten different APIs for finance, marketing, and sales, ensuring real-time updates and synchronization with the core software.

The solution implemented digital signatures for contracts using QR codes to modernize document handling. For instance, once the buyer scans the QR code, we open a secure portal where the buyer can review, sign, and confirm the contract electronically, with the signature integrated into the final document.

The system requires secure connections via API or VPN to various hardware devices involved in business processes.

Frequent visits and interactions were crucial for understanding their business needs. This hands-on approach improved team efficiency and productivity, allowing members to identify potential issues and develop practical solutions.

Implementing a CI/CD setup for on-premises hosting posed a significant challenge. However, the team successfully developed a deployment process that ensured smooth updates without disrupting the users’ workflow.
